Spritz World is completely automated which is the reason
we have awesome pricing! For this reason it is not possible to cancel a
processing order. |

Returns
We accept returns under the following guidelines:
Full Refund
1- The item is unopened
2- You obtain an RMA number from our customer service department
2- It is returned within 30 days from purchase
3- Item must be in its original package and in its original condition
4- Any shipping cost you incurr to return the product will not be refunded
* Allow 15 business days to process
You must provide the following information for processing your return:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Packing slip
- Original order confirmation number
- Reason for the return
- RMA number
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned
in its original condition and packaging.
Unless Spritz World made an error, shipping cost is non-refundable for:
- Undelivered packages
- Unclaimed packages
- Returned packages
* If we receive your package back for any of the above reasons and
you would like it shipped again, there will be another shipping
charge of $6.95
There are no refunds available on any skincare or makeup purchases.
